The Haskovo-based company TIMS FOODS is the only producer of the traditional Italian panettone in Bulgaria.
Thanks to a unique recipe and a partnership with Lidl България, the company not only serves the domestic market but also successfully exports the product to 14 European countries. The Bulgarian manufacturer even produces panettone for a company in the dessert’s country of origin—Italy itself.
Although panettone is an iconic Italian delicacy, it is also highly appreciated in Bulgaria. Its sole Bulgarian producer, TIMS FOODS, not only meets local demand but also exports across Europe, including to a manufacturer in Italy.
