The Haskovo-based bakery manufacturer TIMS FOODS is the only company in the region producing brioche buns.
Thanks to its long-standing partnership with Lidl България, the company achieved a 176% export growth over the past year and is planning a large-scale investment of over €15 million in a new production facility.
TIMS FOODS is developing its own technology and production process to create popular French-style brioche products, establishing itself as an example of a successful Bulgarian business on the European stage.
